Who We Are
David Melo, one of the companies owners and founders, left law enforcement in Massachusetts to move to Florida and pursue his dream of owning his own business. David started in the cleaning industry when he was a teenager working for his father as an apprentice in the cleaning industry. Even while working as a police officer for over 15 years, David was also working for the family business. He is has over 26 years of experience in the field and is trained and certified by the nations top trainers in the cleaning industry. He is certified in all of the services the business provides.
John Melo, the other company founder, has also been in the cleaning business working for his dad’s business for over 20 years. He has been involved in the cleaning business since he was a teen and also while serving as a Corrections Sheriff in Bristol County, Ma. He is also trained and certified by the top trainers in the industry.
Christina Melo joined The Steam Master of Massachusetts in 2000. She started out as a receptionist in the Melo brothers father’s office in Taunton office and was later promoted to office manager in 2001. In 2014, she lead the residential maid service division for The Steam Master. She currently is the office manager for The Steam Master Florida LLC, based in Deltona, Fl and is in charge of hiring, performing all receptionist functions, book keeping, and marketing. She will occasionally jump on the truck with the guys to assist in the field. She is also trained and certified.
